Dark Lip Correction hyper-pigmentation
This is a specialised semi-permanent treatment for clients with dark toned lips in which we color correct and neutralise the darkness in the lips. This technique involves applying concentrated organic pigments on areas where the lip is darker.

LIP BLUSH AFTERCARE
Do Expect a Bit of Discomfort
You might experience a mild burning sensation, dry lips, swelling and peeling. If you’re ever particularly concerned or you think something isn’t quite right, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
When your lips start scabbing, resist the urge to help them along. Don’t peel off or pick your scabs — let them fall off naturally
Don’t Get Your Lips Wet
Getting your lips wet can make them susceptible to infection, so we highly recommend you keep them dry and clean. Drink out of a straw for the first few days — this might actually be preferable if you have tender lips!
Don’t Expect the Colour to Be Perfect Immediately
If you notice the colour of your lips is darker than you initially wanted, don’t worry. The colour you see immediately after your Lip Blush procedure is no indication as to what it will look like in a few weeks — it’s only temporary. You can expect your lip colour to fade up to 50% when compared to the immediate after-procedure results, and your new lip colour will blend in with your natural lip colour.
Do Watch What You Eat
While your lips are healing, you’ll want to eat clean. Stick to dry food, and do what you can to stop your lips getting dirty. We especially recommend avoiding salty and spicy foods for the first few days.
Don’t Schedule Any Makeout Sessions
You probably won’t feel much like kissing for the first few days after Lip Blush treatment, which is a good thing. Keep your distance, and refrain from kissing until your scabs are completely healed.
